I use RTX 4090,If i use float16,there is an error:"ValueError: Attempting to unscale FP16 gradients."
so I change the parames:--bf16 True,--tf32 True
from medicalgpt.

fp16 and bf16 maybe get 0 loss, please set float32, or you can try set batchsize=1 refer: lm-sys/FastChat#1339
