error at startup in newest ver about ngon

some extra info in case it is needed running on the newest version of chrome (no extensions)
all versions except landgreens have it
will be testing if it also happens on other os's just in case (will update when done)
this was done on Version 93.0.4577.107 (Official Build) (64-bit) of chrome os
if i find a fix i will also update (im lazy so dont count on it)
