Can you post a list of reproducing steps? I don't know how to get it into this state.

I've done some debugging on a separate case. At this point I suspect this is due to the IterativeVerifier not emitting anything to the update the Status shown in the control server.

Note in the logs posted above says:

sql="SELECT `id` FROM `xxx` WHERE `id` > ? ORDER BY `id` LIMIT 200"

SELECT id indicates the IterativeVerifier, not the DataIterator, as it would say SELECT * instead.

There may be other issues, but this is the most obvious one.

The IterativeVerifier is deprecated now. Users should migrate to the InlineVerifier.

Minimal changes to Ghostferry is needed to display the BinlogVerifyStore.
