Invalid CartID when add item to card about hydrogen

I can't reproduce how you are getting encoded cart id on my end.

cartSetIdDefault is just setting the cart id into a cookie.

and cartGetIdDefault is just reading from the cookie.

So if there are some string encoding happening along the way, it's possible to override these 2 functions in createCartHandler to be respective of the behaviour that you are encountering.
