what is the difference between ACT_COVID_V3.dsv vs ACT_COVID_V3D.dsv in ACT_COVID_V3.zip about act-covid-ontology

nothing I just forgot to change the filename before rezipping I believe. I rezipped to correct the adaptermapping file

I think I figured it out... the V3 is for us to use (hidden leaves below the ANY folders). The V3D file is for use only on Pitt's Demo site (active leaves below the ANY folders). We should ignore that file. @mim18 please confirm.

Use ACT_COVID_V3.dsv the other file has the same ontology but has an additional column for HPDS instances which is Paul Avillach's PIC-SURE database

Hello, @mim18, It seems like it cannot be the same ontology in both files... there appears to be a difference in the number of lines in each file:

$ wc -l ACT_COVID_V3*.dsv
   66021 ACT_COVID_V3.dsv
   67730 ACT_COVID_V3D.dsv

There appear to be 1,709 more lines in the V3D file than in the V3 file.

Thanks Mark. Still use the ACT_COVID_V3.csv that is the ontology file the other is a file generated for another group. There is an extra column in it.
