timezone crontab task error about redbeat

I am experiencing the same issue.

The code snippet below fails to trigger.
nowfun = lambda: datetime.datetime.now(pytz.timezone('Asia/Bangkok')) sender.add_periodic_task( crontab(hour=2, minute=10, nowfun=nowfun), test.s('Test!'), )
Other triggers on crontab using UTC time triggers normally in my code.

Currently, Redbeat only supports Celery configured for UTC, this PR opens the door for timezone support in the future.
