Not sure if you mean just saving the project because I have done that and just getting the same results.

I followed the tutorial step by step with the exact same model and I'm getting the same errors in both 'baketexture' and 'pre_bake0'.

I'm having the exact same error. I'm running the apprentice version - is it possible that the resolution limits on the renderer are causing issues with the bake process?
I've tried setting the output resolution to as low as 128x128 and that hasn't solved it.

@aboubakrvfx the image attachment you uploaded above isn't loading so I'm not clear if I have the same installation issues you are alluding to.

Oh ok, just found out that the Apprentice version has a resolution limit.
Anything up to 512x512 works fine.

So I guess this is solved.

using 17.5 and have tried cloning the repo as well as using a release and I am similar issues, noticed that inside the OTL I do not have that switch, nodes are disabled, seems odd! Using, core, tried FX no difference
