temp_write_read_buffer about sdsl-lite

I wasn't aware of this class - so I don't need it anymore. I think you can remove it from the library.

I looked into the temp_write_read_buffer. It has one advantage over int_vector_buffer: It does only access disk when it is necessary, i.e. the element does not fit into the buffer.
In contract int_vector_buffer always open a stream, even when the buffer would be large enough and we call close(true) at the end.

any updates on this? can the issue be closed or wil the temp buffer be replace by the int_vector_buffer?

temp_write_read_buffer can not be easily replace by int_vector_buffer. I close the issue.
