application switcher behaviour with cmd + tab

is it possible to achieve cmd + tab application switching behaviour with this library? meaning I want to listen to cmd + tab being held down and then subsequent taps of "tab" or "shift + tab" should be listened to as well while cmd is still being held down.

Command-Tab is reserved by the system for the app switchr. The only way to override that is wih a CGEvent tap.
