Disable taskbar flashing about caprine

Caprine's title bar flashes for a few seconds every time I receive a message, even when I've got the window focused. It's very distracting, and I'd appreciate an option to disable that behavior.

I found it is possible to do it manualy:

1. close Caprine
2. open %APPDATA%\Caprine and find config.json
3. find flashWindowOnMessage option and set to false
4. open Caprine and enjoy

If you don`t have this option, put it below laungMinimized ption, something like this:

"launchMinimized": false,
"flashWindowOnMessage": false,
