Support Windows long paths about trash

I personally still have the issue with a long path :
Windows UI :

Trash result :
Error: Command failed: C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules\trash-cli\node_modules\trash\lib\windows-trash.exe

$ trash --version
5.0.0

I added the long path flag in the registry and enabled it the group policy as proposed here : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/fileio/maximum-file-path-limitation?tabs=cmd
