k7z includes non-Free rar code? about k7z

I'm a bit confused because that page indicates that the whole of k7z is GPLv3 
but as I understand it, it uses 7z.dll which includes non gpl code. So k7z 
cannot be gplv3 if it includes 7z.dll, as this is non-Free.

Sorry to be a pain but I'm clarifying in reference to a software compilation 
that needs to be 100% Free Software.

Do you think this problem would go away if I somehow prevent #7Z from calling 
any of the RAR-related functions?

I noticed that 7-Zip uses the LGPL for most of its source code.  Do you think 
that I should just switch #7Z to that license?

In any event, if it's going to be too much of a hassle, just exclude #7Z from 
the software compilation that you're referring to.

I communicated with the Free Software Foundation about this matter months ago 
via email.  Their feedback prompted me to switch the licensing for some of my 
applications to LGPL v3.
