Class 'phpseclib\Crypt\RSA' not found about openpgp-php

I have got the same error.

This is how I solved it :

git clone https://github.com/singpolyma/openpgp-php
cd openpgp-php
php -r "copy('https://getcomposer.org/installer', 'composer-setup.php');"
php composer-setup.php
php -r "unlink('composer-setup.php');"
php composer.phar install

And put in ./lib/openpgp.php at line 16, this :

include "../vendor/autoload.php";

You should use the autoload file in your own project. Generally this is exactly what is written in the comments before your answer.
