Team starts and flags are not in configs about slade

They aren't vanilla things, though, so I'm not sure where to fit them. A "Generic multiplayer" port?

All multiplayer ports of note are ZDoom-based anyway, and CTF maps are usually in Hexen format, so I'd say "ZDoom + MP" config would make sense, the mappers would have to be careful to avoid features not present in their target port.

Added both flags and team starts to a "Team Multiplayer" group. Covers all four teams and five flags that are standard in Zandronum. (ZDaemon apparently supports them as well, and Odamex doesn't yet but it seems planned from code comments. There's just the issue of whether the neutral flag is white and the fourth team is gold, or the other way around. I went with fourth team gold since it's what's in ZDoom's TEAMINFO and it's the ZDoom config :p.)
