expo-notification 사용
안드로이드 알림 뱃지 바꾸는건 빌드하고 확인하기.
asyncStorage를 사용하여 알림 여부 확인하고 listener 설정할 것.
=> 자세한 토큰은 저장x 서버에 있음.
DEVICE_TOKEN이
- null이면 새로 발급, 서버에 저장
- true이면 listener 설정
