Publishing sync'd content about unicorn

@jorgelusar added something like this to the last release of the 1.x branch (887cc64) but I did not get similar functionality into 2.x at this time.

In my own usage I have a script that runs a smart publish over the whole site after doing a release. Perhaps a bit nuclear, but it works as long as the appropriate content is in workflow.

I'd be happy to entertain a PR.

Thanks, I decided to go with your method of having a separate call to publish, that way the logic can be not tied into Unicorn. In my case a smart publish of templates/layouts but nothing else (even with workflow, unpublished layout changes done via page editor would be published by a site publish!)
