Funny story, I fixed a problem with renaming earlier and it broke moving. My first fix for this issue broke renaming and fixed moving. I've switched to using item paths and recalculating the path using the serialization path APIs so this whole area of Unicorn should be significantly more stable going forward - no funky filesystem issues.
Will push shortly once I test on 6.5.

Ok this appears to work. I also fixed a few issues involving moving and renaming items that live in or move across short-paths to regular paths.
v2.0.3 is also pushed out on NuGet.
