Theres many ways this can be done. The main idea is that the dependencies get auto updated kind of like nuclei does template update on run automatically, so that the users dont have to manually run every script. After all this is an automation script.

That's not what i am talking about, what i am saying is to add a repo check before the actual run (reconftw.sh file) and only update the repos needed since last run.

Running install before every run is not efficient.

You can update reconFTW and its tools by running install.sh again, see https://github.com/six2dez/reconftw/tree/main#extras. But yeah, a flag would be a nice addition.
