Change repo + package name about brs

I guess I could use off-roku-brightscript but that's a lot of typing. @SomeNamespace/orbs could work, but namespaces aren't very common in npm still (other than @types).

Surprisingly, brs is available. I do like the orbs name, but having to rename to brs isn't too bad at all. The largest benefit there is that the file extension matches the executable name, like ruby python node rust C.
