Works with asp.net core? about letsencrypt-siteextension

And with a normal application (asp.net 4.6) I recive this error:

Server Error in '/letsencrypt' Application.

Certificate 4E857913D6306AF9C8F9591CE2073A0956E6581D was not found.

And it was creating the containers at blob right.... and I have the files at folder "...home/SiteExtensions/letsencrypt/config/httpsacme-staging.api.letsencrypt.org"
