Incomplete source for skk.pdf about ddskk

Add txi-ja.tex the doc directory. modified to skk.texi references a txi-ja.tex. skk.pdf is generated by running the makepdf.bat as long as you install the TeX environment.

BTW, the pdf files seem to be released at http://openlab.jp/skk/doc-ja.html.
Do you really intend to include the binary file skk.pdf in the source tree?
If not, please remove it.

Also, I've translated makepdf.bat to makepdf.sh.
