Running at a non-root URL about skooner

@vaizki I've pushed an update that I'm hoping you can test out for me. It's available at under the "dev" label at herbrandson/k8dash:dev. I tested in one of my environments last night and everything seemed to be working as expected. If everything checks out for you, I'll push it to the master branch. Thanks for reporting the issue :)

@herbrandson the :dev images seems to be working fine when under /k8dash and my reverse proxy is stripping away the prefix. Good work! 👍

Still no issues one week in, now running :dev in 3 clusters. Maybe you can push & close?
