How templates work about serverinstancesskript

A template is like a server folder, ServerInstances will make a copy of that folder and make it into a new server.

I understand that, but, what files we must put into the template folder ?

Put the essential files into it such as the spigot.jar, server.properties, and skungee with server instances enabled in the plugins folder! (make sure you have the eula set to true too)

And I have an other awner, why when I use this expression: [(all [[of] the]|the)] server[ ]instances [names], I get this error:
