New release made now, and uploaded to CPAN where it will appear in due course:
- File successfully copied to '/home/ftp/incoming/App-Templer-1.3.tar.gz'
Thanks again for the bug-report. (I keep thinking I should overhaul this project, but perhaps there are better options these days elsewhere.)

Good spot - you're right.
It's not listed in t/test-dependencies.t, nor the META.yml file.

- As Bruno said the code structure is confusing at times.
