Initial setup about pentest-lab

Hi,

For the Chef server setup, you can find infos here (it doesn't cover the server installation, which is largely documented on the web..). Typically, this is a fresh install of a Chef server, with a pentestlab organization and a user granted to upload cookbooks, roles, data bags and provision nodes.

For Openstack, it requires an API access to a tenant. where will be provisioned and configured pentester's machines (debian in this case) with chef-provisioning. Heat is used to provision the target network, it is deployed with custom vulnerable images. I originally planned to rebuild and share these images.. but lack of time... Major part of these images come from vulnhub, rebuilt with qemu-img and uploaded to Glance. It should be working with any Openstack recent release.

You can see as example the driver setup to see what is required for chef-provisioning, and heat manifests for targets network.
