If it works for ready, then it should also work for authorize as well. This is enabled on domain level and not per page.

Most likely, the problem is that authorize is being called in the launch page that makes a redirect, thus it is immediately unloaded. What you might want to do to see those debug messages is to "persist" the logs so that they do not disappear when the page is unloaded. For example, in Google Chrome that would be the "Preserve Log" option:
