Optgroup styles/structure isn't maintained after adding new options about bootstrap-select

Hi @kayzee .

The optgroup feature wasnt an original featured that I added. I contributor made it. So I dont know this behavior..

About the live load of new <option>, I made it to reload just the options from select.

I will check it later and try to fix, please give me a day or two. By now, try to dont mix the optgroup and live load of options.

Thanks @silviomoreto! Just a bit of background: my select structure include

  <select id="select_list" name="select_list" class="list selectpicker">
    <option value="list1">List1</option>
    <option value="list2">List2</option>          
    <optgroup label="Options">
      <option class="list-controls" value="create">Create New List</option>
      <option class="list-controls" value="manage">Manage Lists</option>
    </optgroup>
  </select>

If I add any items ("list#"), they are inserted above the optgroup section so I won't need to dynamically modify the optgroup section after the initial page load.

I'll take a look at this. At a glance this seems like it might go hand-in-hand with #52.

Edit: I know what the problem is. Working on this now.
