Terminator becomes unresponsive about jessies

This matches one of the symptoms I used to experience for the problem I first 
fixed under

ator-users/XH1gOiASrLU/x3utNi6IjOEJ.  I failed to find a good write up of this 
symptom, but it definitely feels familiar.  If you upgrade Cygwin to the latest 
and Terminator too, then you should be good.  (There was a later change to 
Cygwin which broke, but obviated the need for, my fix.)
