Closing issue as it seems were moving forward with "bookmarking" with additional features

Upvote is definitely different than favoriting. Bookmarking is a better terminology because Twitter has obscured that, but that are still different.

One place that uses both is Stack Overflow. Basically you can upvote/downvote questions & answers, upvote/flag comments but only star/favorite questions. I think we could employ a similar pattern - using downvoting/upvoting on episodes and comments but favoriting on episodes only.
I don't see it in use in the front-end apps yet (searching code for iOS) but I can describe it for such use in the swagger docs (should have PR today or tomorrow).
