Strange blur effect in FF3 about cufon

I'm afraid it's hard to say anything without seeing an example, or at least a screenshot. What's the name of the font, and does it happen with all font sizes?

Hmm, it looks pretty much the same to me in both Safari 4 and Firefox 3.0. You may be able to get slightly better results by disabling path optimization (if you didn't already), and possibly by using a different scaling value (you can use the optimal scaling chart to find one).

A screenshot of what you see would be helpful as I can hardly see any difference myself.

What's the exact version of FF3 you're using? Windows, Mac, some Linux/BSD?
