This is a massive bodge. It creates an object in global scope, solely for the purpose of preserving type information of action objects. I wrote this before I noticed there was a difference between the action object the user creates and the one that Hyperapp provides to views, lazy components, async actions, etc. Since the wired object has a much simpler shape that doesn't require generics to represent properly (ie. wired action is always FunctionN => State, whereas user-created object has functions with varying return types), it should be possible to do away with this object completely.

After #5, update the README with instructions on how to add scalajs-hyperapp to a project.

Action functions are currently of type Function1, however they should be able to accept any number of arguments. Scala doesn't really have a FunctionN type, so possibly look at accepting varargs functions and converting to the correct JS type somehow?
