Hi Jason,

I'm going to close this with a "won't fix" sorry. The reason is that there'd be no template generic enough to be included inside the plugin by default, and so it'd be a custom template created by each user anyway. Sublime gives you the ability to create these as a snippet. They can even be scoped to only be applicable inside documentation comment blocks, so the flow would be:

/**<enter>

/**
 *
 */

/**
 * class<tab>
 */
