Progress Update
Commit 239a80b on dev/start-screen introduces a basic version of this. All that is left is to implement functionality for the continue button.

Progress Update
Commit 869147d on dev/start-screen the core functionality required for the start screen. The last thing to implement is making it so that you only have to see the storyline intro once.
