Windows Support about captivate

Fueled by the amount of interest in a Windows build, I dusted off my old windows gaming laptop & got things running locally.

I'll test that everything's working tomorrow. I expect there will be some fiddling to get USB DMX Adapters working.

After that, I'll have to do a bit more fiddling to get CI/CD & code signing configured

My goal is to have the build on captivatesynth.com the weekend of the 13th

Captivate 0.9.7 includes a working Windows build! Everything is working on my windows computer, but any feedback I can get from other Windows users is greatly appreciated 😄

Surprisingly, Windows Code Signing is far more expensive, convoluted, and restricted than for mac. So the build doesn't have code signing at this point, and you will have to hurdle a bunch of system warnings during the install :/ I tried.

My schedule is a little busy at the moment, but I am hoping to take a deeper look into this during my stay-cation the week of the 12th.

@spensbot I'm testing this out today, I watched all of your videos first off.
I have a few feature requests, but I'll open separate issues for them.

First thing I noticed is that I can't get the DMX output to work, the indicator is green, but my lights don't do anything.
I have the EntTec OpenDMX USB, the blue one.
I use this one every weekend with my main rig, so I know it works.

It is COM5

It's good to know that the device is connecting. I looked into it. The Open DMX uses a different serial communication protocol than the USB Pro. I just created an issue to address that. I should be able to address that within a couple weeks!
