More bad packets about bungeecord

Well some of my players have been experiencing a lot of end of stream errors. It seems that it is just bukkit and not bungeecord.

A player reports:

"server disconnects me and says:
[Proxy] IOException : Unknown packet id 94 @ net.md_5.mendax.datainput.DataInputPacketReader:55"

When this happens it seems to kick everyone else off as well.

EDIT:
Upon further investigating, the players causing the error are all signing into the same place. Not sure whats in the town causing the problem, but teleporting there causes the same error.

I am getting a error then I'm get can't verify the username I used 2 usernames they gave me the same thing. I can join other servers tho.

sometimes, and sometimes it's
[Proxy] IOException : Unknown packet id 95
I've gotten 124 and more as well. Seems to happen randomly, and other players are getting it too. Any reasoning?

Its a Minecraft issue, fixed in 1.4.4
