Keep the last payer selection about ihatemoney

As a side note, I found it boring to uncheck everyone in the "Who has to pay for this" (which could be renamed to "For whom" to be simple, imho) last time I had to enter a bill I paid just for one or two people.

I suggest we add a simple "All/None" checkbox on top of others, to check/uncheck everyone.
