@RefreshScope doesn't work on bean annotated with @Configuration about spring-cloud-config

Can you look at the dependencies in your project and make sure there is no old version of Spring?

I think the problem (if it is one) is going to be about proxies (@RefreshScope and @Configuration are both annotations that cause proxy creation, so one of them is interfering with the other).

Update: we have a failing test case RefreshScopeWebIntegrationTests.java. Maybe it is simply not possible and we need to fail fast if @RefreshScope is added to a @Configuration.

Sorry for the late reply. It looks like you were able to reproduce it in the test. I agree that maybe it is just not a valid use case to have @Configuration and @RefreshScope on the same element. So perhaps just updating the documentation and JavaDoc for @RefreshScope will suffice.
