Added: "Run current line (and go to next line)" (Ctrl+Shift+F9) in v1.0.0beta7

The behavior I had in mind is "Ctrl+F9 : send selection to console, if selection
empty, then send line of cursor and go to next", so no new key binding. The Ctrl+F9
just does the "reasonable thing".

Will try this version.

You're absolutely right, I fixed this, and now there is only a "Run selection or
current line" option with Ctrl+F9 and Ctrl+F5 shortcuts respectively for interactive
and external consoles.
