Import / Export Module and package.json about timeline

I fixed/implemented the necessary stuff (index.js and package.json) in my own fork.
I would create a pull request but im not 100% sure if the module exports is compatible with how you intend to use your code.

However I succesfully use it now in my Vue.js App.

Its as simple as:

import timeline from 'timeline'
...
timeline.timelineFunc(document.querySelectorAll('.timeline'), {
  verticalStartPosition: 'right',
  verticalTrigger: '150px'
});

I close this for now because for me there is no Issue anymore. If you want to implement what I did in your Project feel free to reopen.
