The bots seem to get stuck in the ocean, as the path is somewhat above the soldier. Need to offset it when the map is voxelized.

Offset Y for the ocean by -3. Bots should now be able to swim to the surface

Implemented a custom solution (DFAstar++) to work with stacked distance field meshes. Otherwise, the engine will fall back to either elevation-based meshes or cost-based.
