Smarter AI combat about bf3-bots

TODO:

• Bots low on ammo OR health will emit ORDER 4 ACTION 9/10 where FRIENDLY NEARBY bots with relevant providers will target the requesting bot.
• Damage sensing, bots will need to react when being fired at.
• Melee attack players/bots who are close enough, or any world object that obstructs the bot.

• Bots will navigate around obstructing objects towards the enemy (nullify the target if the direction from the bot to the enemy collides with the distance field mesh).
• Retreat to cover when fired upon and health is at a critical state.
