Also that they have side faces which should probably be ignored if they aren't already

In this example. 2 faces of marker 2 can be seen: "front" and "right".
I'm going to filter arena markers such that only its front face is ever considered visible.

@RealOrangeOne just to check -- did you also validate the distance measurements? I suspect that they might be off by half the size of the arena markers.
