You told it to only intercept packets for the "10.1.0.0/16" subnet. whatsismyip.com is not going to work, it has an IP address of 199.191.50.73.
Also sshuttle works at the TCP layer, it will not support ICMP/ping packets.

let explain again, after try to connect, I could not reach any remote address nor change my local IP source in "whatismyip"
I could also check by using route ou netstat -nr
What is This 199.191.50.73 ? its no sense.
