Fairly sure that plugin is already in. It fixes double get up, not zero get up.

Maybe step was confused about what the plugin does, or which bug we were talking about. So the "no getup" bug needs its own fix it seems.

It's fixed, but might have some rare bugs that would've been in it all along. Don't close it yet, still doing stuff.

Fixed fixed fixed fixed. Will do a little bit of clean-up, and one day it might include the tank getup bug where a new rock/punch does not renew tank getup after a previous hit, but it's finished anyway, so CLOSE.
