Ticket layout notes about sphinx-tribes

@pitoi Since our tickets are now job oriented and should be substitute for upwork, i will create a list of suggestions, so we can make those tickets more usefull ad more familiar to upwork users.

• Ticket layout should be same for github and standard job ticket. Right now they look different.
• Fot job tickets we can remove image gallery and leave only attacment (like upwork does)
• User should be able to save favorite tickets/jobs (heart icon)
• Ticket name and description should be moved to the left side, while all small specifics should be on right side
• Once ticket is opened, user should be able to skip to next/previous ticket using arrows on the left and right side.
• Below description, we should have an option for user to create custom fields for specification (Attacment, size, file type...)
• Layout should be polished for desktop and mobile.
