Currently the market just creates an order based on the given tick, immediately executing them.

It should provide an interface where one can create an order, and the market executes it at the right time (when the tick value meets the order value).

Should query an endpoint every x time.
Should feed the tick to a strategy.
The runner should provide an actual market (exchange) implementation which communicates with real APIs

The current buy in strategy is quite flawed, add node-talib

Placing and executing orders is not free, make sure the market takes fees into account.
