Stan Models on "Bayesian Statistics and Marketing" case studies about example-models

The Rossi and McCulloch book is wonderful. It really would be great to have the models mentioned in the book translated into Stan.

I don't have the book itself or the model definition
and the first MCMC example is a broken link. Others seem
to have real code behind links.
