另外请问：
当前自动更新是通过轮询页面的更新内容进行跟踪变化的。
有没有更简化的办法实现监听页面变化？

showdoc没有这样的api，不提供这样的功能。如有必要，可自行尝试读取数据库。官方不提供支持。

请问当前继续使用/server/index.php?s=/api/page/info这个接口,会有未考虑的问题吗?
当前这个接口可以满足基本的功能需求.
