Perhaps I need to rework this to be an Image tag again. Would make it possible to disappear if no big article image is selected. Could you have a look at Foresight JS (http://codevisually.com/foresight-js-request-hi-res-images-according-to-device-pixel-ratio/) and perhaps tell me if it is worth giving a try? I am not entirely sure what it does, but it sounds promising.

Hmmm sounds great but i think it is not possible to use it because we dont have access to the images on the server.
