Missing some images? about cms

Not sure when it started, but I noticed some images are not loading on the frontend.

Do you see any console logs relating to the images not loading?

Nope.

Just double checked the server for one of the images in srcset

/img/containers/assets/images/hero-images/track-worker-waterloo-1g8a7314.jpg/994f8e63b06980ed2ca8d641f6fa49a8.webp

994f8e63b06980ed2ca8d641f6fa49a8.webp is on the server. As are other 'missing' images I've manually checked...

That's odd that they'd be on the server but not showing in the browser. Are you able to share the URL of the site you're having issues with (either via Discord DMs or via support).

Thanks for sending me the URL of your site.

When I tried to visit one of the image URLs in the browser, it redirected me to the site's homepage, which is probably the cause of the images not loading.

From looking at the HTTP headers of the images, it doesn't even look like those requests are hitting Statamic. If they were, I'd expect to see an X-Powered-By: Statamic header.

This makes me thing it's probably in some way related to your server configuration rather than being an issue with Statamic.

Issue resolved.

Thanks for your help with this, I found a rouge rewrite rule that was playing havoc with my images!

Everything is working as expected now.
